10 Week Ladies Kickboxing Or Boxing Course

Our Ladies only PT and small group session, the focus is on fitness, fat burning, and (of course) fun! A one hour Boxing /kickboxing class can burn more calories than Zumba, Kettlebells or Spin! Don't believe us? Give us a try

You'll have a syllabus to follow, but with more focus on fitness. This means you'll learn an effective method of self defense, whilst burning up to 800 calories!

Suitable for 1 person, or up to 4 people

So once you finish 1 course there are more courses to push your fitness levels on again.
