Time to kick-start a new routine? First time boxing? Need to focus on specific skills? Just want to focus on strength & conditioning? We offer one-on-one private training to clients at all skill and fitness levels.

Our boxing training is the best in the city - expect drills, exercises, mitt work, bag work, and more! We can also tailor your sessions to focus on fitness areas outside of boxing. If you’re interested in strength and conditioning, weight loss, or something else entirely, just let us know in the form below. If you're looking to do small group training (2-on-1) we can set that up also 

Equipment needed: Check with your trainer on what they want you to bring with you to each session
